Richie is one of the biggest lap cats that you will ever meet! He adores attention and will do anything for a belly rub. He is a mellow, gentle giant. He has had a pretty rough life and will tell you all about it. He has quite a lot to say, but he loves to tell you how grateful he is to have a warm bed to sleep on with somebody to share it with. As a result of his hard luck life, he has contracted FIV. He can still live a long, healthy life and he can even live with other cats, as long as they are lovers and not fighters. She likes to pet and loved and doesn’t mind getting bathed. She is a good mix of playful and calm. Rose likes to bury her dog bones and toys in her blankets and she will toss them around and catch them once in a while. She also loves a good game of fetch. We call this gorgeous girl Roxie - she comes to the name. This sweet grey and white tuxedo is declawed and spayed. She loves to cuddle up on her person with a good book. She has never lost her sense of fun and loves a good round of chase the string or monster under the sheets. Roxie is a quiet girl who doesn't appreciate exuberant dogs. She is completely an indoor cat and will become disoriented if she accidently gets outside. She only weighs about 8 lbs, and has very soft and silky fur. Roxie was recently diagnosed with FIV, a heart murmur and cardiomyopathy. She is doing well and we hope she has several years ahead, but this means Roxie really needs a loving, caring home who will ensure she is spoiled and well-cared. In return Roxie will bring purrs & happiness to your home.

Rugby lost his home of 9 years when his owner moved to a place that didn’t allow pets. He is a wonderful and sweet gentleman that would love to lounge around on a dog bed and be your companion on a daily stroll around the neighborhood. Rugby loves to snuggle and he will settle down with you at night after a long day of work and rest his head on your lap for some loves and petting. Rugby is housetrained and an excellent mannered dog. He would love to live in a house with other dogs and people. He would make a great companion and add some companionship to a household.

Sam is a 3 year old Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd Mix. He is a very loyal dog and enjoys sticking close to his foster family. He is crate trained and will stay in his crate when his foster is working or sleeping. He goes in the crate when you say time for bed! Sam is house trained and will let you know when he has to go outside. He knows his basic commands such as sit, down and come. He loves to catch treats and toys in the air. Sam has a thick coat that requires regular brushing and loves to be brushed (he thinks he is getting a fabulous massage). He loves rope toys and playing tug-o-war. Sam is working on how to walk nicely on a leash and curb the pulling. Sam likes to play with dogs and his best friend is an 11 year old senior. They even share a crate when they take naps together! Sam cannot live with cats as he will aggressively chase them. He has done well with the older children that visit his foster home and is very patient with them. Sam enjoys long walks and hikes and sitting in his fosters lap (he thinks he is a lap dog). He would love to be in an active home with a big backyard and lots of people to play with him. Sam will become a very protective and devoted family member to his new family.

She LOVES to have the base of her ears scratched and her back at the base of her tail. Although she likes to play, she is mellow and perfect for someone looking for a loving 'lap kitty'. Sweet Dee loves to be petted, lay her head on your lap, and will jump on the couch or up on the bed for attention. She loves to have conversations and will meow back at you when you talk to her. Sweet Dee is also completely litter box trained. Once you invite her into your home, you will have a friend for life.

Sarabi is strong but delicate, mellow yet playful, loving and independent at the same time. She loves her cuddle time without being too needy. Sarabi gets along with other cats as long as they let her have some space when she desires. She loves dogs. Sarabi is very laid back and loving. She doesn't like to rough house like the male cats in her foster home do. She likes to watch her surroundings and bask in the sun while watching the birds play in the bird bath and sing at the feeders. She loves to cuddle in your lap while you read a good book. When she wants to show how much she loves you Sarabi will give you kitty kisses and purr like a motorboat.

Shiloh is an Heinz 57 breed, hard to guess what she is, approximately 1 years old. She is a nice, short and stocky build, medium size, and weighs approx 40 lbs. Shiloh is a sweet girl that is very much a fun loving puppy with a very sweet disposition. Her wrinkly face and those has big puppy paws are beyond cute. She is kind of a bumbling, fun-loving puppy. Shiloh is good with other dogs and children. Shiloh has not lived in a home with cats and tends to chase them so she will need a patient home that will slowly introduce her to cats or one without them. Shiloh is a sweet pup that wants to live with a fun and active family that will take her on walks and hikes. Shiloh is working on her leash manners and is progressing nicely.
