| Girl Scout Volunteers | |

On Saturday, September 19th (1998), Girl Scout Troop NorthWest 575 offered to volunteer for the
day. They helped out by sitting with the animals (and there were quite a few!), helping out
with paperwork, and cleaning out cages. Their leaders Amy and Michele helped out, too, by
answering questions and overseeing their charges. A good time was had by all who attended.
At left is a picture of Gabby and Chantilly sitting with some of the puppies that were available for adoption. Gabby and Chantilly expressed some apprehension when they found out their picture would appear here on the CAWS web site; but when you volunteer, you get the royal treatment. Here's to you, girls, and thanks go to you from both CAWS and the animals!! |
